This Acute 2-D4 Head features 250W modeling light, produces a color temperature of 5400°K as supplied. There are other optional domes that are more heavily coated, for a warming effect of 300 or 600° increments, for a color temperature of 5100 or 4800°, respectively. A power supply for this flash head is required.

All Acute 2-D4, 2, and Acute heads accept the same modular light shaping tools.

Profoto – Air Remote Transceiver

The Profoto Air Remote Transceiver is a proprietary radio slave transceiver designed to work with the Pro-8a 1200 and 2400W/s power packs as well as the D1 Air series of monoheads. This transceiver can control an unlimited number of power packs and heads on eight channels. It can mount to your camera’s hot shoe, or sync to your flash terminal for firing.

Operating from two AAA batteries, at a frequency of 2.4GHz, the Air Sync has a range of 1000′ (300 m). It can sync up to 1/250 second with a focal plane shutter camera, and 1/500 second with a leaf shutter camera. Its triggering speed is over 100 fps.

PocketWizard MiniTT1 Radio Transmitter for Canon

The MiniTT1 transmitter can be used for TTL auto flash up to 800 feet* and conventional triggering up to 1200 feet*. The unit feature a two-position channel selector that is factory programmed to the PocketWizard classic channel one and two. Using the included software and USB port, you can program either channel to any of the PocketWizard system’s 32 digitally encoded channels and four zones.

Pocket Wizards Plus II

So simple, so advanced. The PocketWizard Plus II transceiver is beautiful in its simplicity. The Plus II is the only “auto-sensing” transceiver on the market. It automatically switches from receive to transmit as needed and reliably triggers lights and/or cameras up to 1600 feet away. Utilizing advanced digital technology, four, 16-bit channels are available for selective firing of lights or remote cameras.
