Most of the common FAQ’s and Studio Rules. Please contact us if you have any concerns or special requests.

How do I make payment for a reservation?

After date confirmation, you will be sent a secure online link for payment. To reserve a date for your shoot your booking must be paid in advance.

We offer a 24hr cancelation period. All cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. A fee of 30% of the total booking will be assessed for any cancelations made within 12 hrs of the booking time.  Please refer to our cancelation policy below.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. However you must do this  at least 24 hrs prior to your booking date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made from 8-24 hours prior to the booking date and time will be charged thirty percent (30%) of the basic cost of the total studio rental. The remaining 70% of the basic fee plus all prepaid equipment rental fees, cleaning and damage deposits will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the booking date and time will be charged the full fee of the basic studio rental. Prepaid equipment rental fees, cleaning and damage deposits will be refunded in full.

Do I need Insurance?

YES. Injuries and accident do happen. Liability insurance is recommended. its well worth the peace of mind  We can help you find an insurance provider to meet your needs.

Businesses, Corporations, Production Companies and other legal entities may be required, prior to rental, to present a certificate of general liability insurance naming Undefeated Creative LLC. as additionally insured on the dates of the rental. If so required, Renter’s liability insurance shall be deemed primary and non-contributory insurance in the event of any claim or suit. Liability insurance shall be Commercial General Liability with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence & annual aggregate.

Do i need special permits to use minors? (under the age 18)

YES. Minors aged 15 days to 18 years employed in the entertainment industry must have a permit to work, and employers must have a permit to employ, both permits being issued by the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. These permits are also required for minors who are employed as advertising or photographic models. Permits are required even when the entertainment is noncommercial in nature.

There is no fee to obtain an entertainment work permit. The permit can be obtained by the new on-line application process,

What's NOT Allowed

We want to create a clean and safe working environment for everyone. Thanks for your understanding.

No Firearms or replicas.

No Pyrotechnics, explosives, open flames or special effects that require heat, smoke, or fire. Smoke machines may be used with studio consent.

No live sex. Nudes are okay.

No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $200 fine will be charged for each incident. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances

No Smoking in the studio.

No Loud Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics

No pets allowed without prior written consent.

No minors without work permits. If anyone under the age of 18 is attending that is not in the cast or crew (with work permit), a legal parent or guardian must be present.

Do you offer assistants?

YES. Wether it be steaming garments, lighten setups or staging props. Our team is well trained and experienced. Please contact us regarding rates and availability.

When does my rental time start?

Rental time starts when the first person arrives at the studio, and ends  when the last person leaves Please factor time for setup/breakdown and prep.

Can i play music or sound?

Yes. Consider others using the facility this is not soundproof studio. Music and sound is to be kept at reasonable levels.

Do you offer Seamless Paper?

Yes. Seamless paper in available in basic white, black and grey is available at $5 per ft./107″ $3 per ft./53″

Can you accommodate large crews?

No. Cast and Crew we prefer to have not more than 25 people in each Studio 01/02 , and no more than 15 people in Studio 03. If you have a large cast and crew authorization is required.

Can I rent and reserve the studio for multiple days?

YES. Please send us an email with your requested dates and details about your shoot. people@s4610.com

Do you offer catering ?

YES. we work with Zinc Cafe’  to provide in-house catering for your cast and crew. Basic catering packages are included for half day and full day shoots. If you have  any special requests please contact us., there a tons of great choices in area. Pleas visit our location page  under ‘What’s Around’ for a full listing.

Do you offer lighting and grip?

YES. for small rental fee. We have basic Profoto Lighting heads/packs, Elinchrom Octas, Avenger C-stands, rolling stands, 27″ iMacs preloaded with Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One available.* Limited availability. Please see the equipment page for a full list and prices. Contact us if you have any special requests.

Do you offer lenses for rent ?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer lens rental.

AGE OF MODELS
